01

Who We Are

Tire Data Metrics, LLC is a Florida-based software company. We operate TireGuy App, a subscription analytics platform that helps commercial fleet operators calculate their Cost of Running Mile (CORM) and make data-driven tire purchasing decisions.

Our registered office is in Florida, United States. Questions about this policy may be directed to .

02

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

Account Information

Name, business email address, company name, job title, and phone number provided at registration or updated in your profile.

Fleet & Tire Data

Tire purchase records, mileage logs, vehicle IDs, axle configurations, and tire brand/model data you upload or enter into TireGuy App. This operational data is the core of your CORM calculations and belongs to you.

Usage Data

Pages visited within the application, features accessed, session duration, browser type, operating system, and IP address. We use this data to monitor performance and improve the product.

Billing Information

Subscription plan, billing address, and the last four digits of your payment card. Full payment card details are handled exclusively by our payment processor, Stripe, and never pass through or are stored on TDM systems.

03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver, operate, and maintain TireGuy App and your account
  • Calculate CORM analytics, forecasts, and benchmarking reports specific to your fleet
  • Process subscription payments and manage your billing relationship
  • Send transactional communications — account confirmations, invoices, and service alerts
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
  • Monitor, diagnose, and improve platform performance
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Comply with applicable laws and legal process

We do not use your fleet or tire data to train AI or machine-learning models shared across customers, and we do not build advertising profiles from your usage data.

04

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or fleet data to third parties. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers. We engage vendors for hosting (Amazon Web Services), payment processing (Stripe), and transactional email delivery. These providers access only the minimum information required to perform their services and are contractually bound to protect it.
  • Legal Compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government process, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of TDM, our customers, or the public.
  • Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
  • With Your Consent. We may share information in additional circumstances with your explicit prior consent.
05

Data Retention

We retain your account and fleet data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation:

  • Your account and fleet data remain accessible to you for 90 days after your subscription ends, giving you time to export your analytics and records.
  • After the 90-day window, data is permanently deleted from our systems and backups on a rolling basis within 60 additional days.
  • Billing records and invoices may be retained for up to seven years to satisfy financial and legal obligations.
06

Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational controls to protect your data:

  • All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Access to customer data by TDM personnel is role-based and limited to what is necessary to provide support.
  • We conduct periodic reviews of our security practices and vendor controls.

No system is completely immune to security incidents. If you believe your account has been compromised or you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately at .

07

Your Rights & Choices

Regardless of your location, you have the following rights with respect to your data:

  • Access. You may view your account and fleet data at any time from Account Settings.
  • Correction. You may update inaccurate account information directly within the application or by contacting us.
  • Deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data. The 90-day retention period described in Section 05 applies.
  • Marketing Opt-Out. You may unsubscribe from marketing and newsletter emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages. Transactional emails (invoices, service notices) cannot be suppressed while your account is active.

Florida residents and residents of other jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights. Contact us to exercise any rights not addressed above.

08

Cookies & Tracking

TireGuy App uses the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary. Session tokens and authentication cookies required for login and secure account access. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
  • Performance & Analytics. Aggregated, anonymized data on page load times and feature usage, used solely to improve the platform. No individual user profiles are built from this data.

We do not place advertising cookies or use cross-site tracking technology. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to log in or use the core application.

09

Third-Party Services

TireGuy App integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe collects and processes billing information directly. Review Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Amazon Web Services — Cloud hosting and data storage infrastructure. Your data resides in AWS data centers in the United States.
  • Transactional Email Provider — Used to send account, billing, and notification emails. Only your email address and name are passed to this service.

TDM does not currently integrate third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) within the authenticated application. Our marketing website may use limited analytics to measure campaign performance; that data is not linked to authenticated user accounts.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:

  • We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.
  • For material changes — those that affect your rights or how we use your data in a significant way — we will send a notice to your account email address at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
  • Continued use of TireGuy App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
